Delivery & Pickup Policy

At Kookies Cookies (also known as Kookie's Cookies), we offer free pickup and flat-rate delivery services within Calgary for our homemade dog cakes, dehydrated treats, and birthday supplies.

Delivery Options

• Flat-Rate Delivery:
  Our delivery fee is based on distance:

  • Within 10 km – $8

  • Within 15 km – $12

  • Within 25 km – $20
    We currently do not deliver beyond 25 km, but you are always welcome to pick up your order in person.

• Free Local Pickup:
  You can pick up your order for free at: 20 Sage Hill Row NW, Calgary, Alberta.
  We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Details

• Please provide your full address and phone number when placing your order.

• During your selected delivery time window, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order.

• All deliveries are handled by third-party delivery partners.

• If any product is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Order Changes

• If you need to change your delivery date, please contact us at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery.

• Once your order enters production (within 2 days of delivery), changes can no longer be made.
  For example: if your delivery date is June 6th, please contact us by June 4th to make any changes.
