Not at all. At Kookie’s Cookies Dog Treats, we follow a nutrient-balanced recipe principle. Our cakes and biscuits are crafted to maintain a healthy calorie balance — about 25% protein, 25% fat, and 50% carbohydrates — similar to a wholesome homemade meal for your dog. We do not add extra sugar, salt, or unhealthy fats — all fat sources come naturally from ingredients like egg yolk, coconut oil, or the food itself. However, please note that single-ingredient dehydrated treats may have limited nutrients, so avoid overfeeding.

We use only human-grade, natural ingredients—just like how you’d feed your dog at home. No sugar, salt, sweeteners, preservatives, or artificial colors. We only chose the ingredients that are the best for the dogs. Common ingredients: sweet potato, pumpkin, rice/oat flour, lean chicken, lean pork, shrimp, fruits, and veggies, etc.
